Payment Policy

Once payment is made for the purchase, it is demeed that you have read, understood and have accepted the Terms and conditions of use.

WatersportDirect do not refund for incorrect choice or unwanted purchases. Please consider your decisions carefully when using the Website. All orders placed on this Website are binding and subject to the Terms and conditions of use and may not be cancelled.

Your total order price will include the purchase price and any applicable delivery charges, any applicable fees and VAT. All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR)

Should the delivery charges increase between the time you confirmed your order and the day the goods are to be shipped, we will contact you. If the incorrect applicable delivery charge was selected on your order or the delivery amount differs, we will contact you. You will then be required to make payment for the difference, before the goods will be released.

 WatersportDirect accepts the following payments:

Electronic Transfer (EFT) through the secure Payfast online processing.

Online Debit/Credit Card payment through the secure Payfast online processing. With security as our main concern, debit and credit card transactions are done through the secure Payfast online processing. All card payments are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The merchant does not have access to credit card details. Users can view their security certificate and security policy at www.payfast.co.za

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly into our account. On checkout you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order with bank details for WatersportDirect. Please use your order number as the reference, make payment of the total order amount (including delivery and VAT) and email your proof of payment to  sales@watersportdirect.co.za

All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR)

We do not accept COD orders or payments by cheque.
